I see That NOVA got a "silent" update today. Could you guys please explain these changes in more detail?

Sure:
"Fixed latency" forces the plugin to use its maximal latency, allowing to flip through quality modes (and other latency sensitive parameters) without having to constantly restart playback to sync latency.
"Analyzer Speed" offers control over the analyzer timing
We also added a context menu to the main display, giving access to advanced options (such as analyzer speed)
BTW this is an official update, accumulating all silent hotfixes we did in the past.
