Is there a faster way to do group selections of multiple clips without clicking every single one and holding control? Something like the box select in note edit mode?

use a mouse with side buttons, set one of the side buttons to act as ALT, that way it is the same as cubase, cool edit etc.

Also there's Ctrl-A, which selects all items similar to the one that is highlighted.

Ooops. I thought he was talking about selecting (solo/mute) grouped tracks. But he's talking about selecting clips.

This DOESN"T bug me.

You can also select one clip and then in the properties panel click on select clips and it will give you a dozen or so options there.(select all clips in edit, select all clips in track, ect.) I use it once in awhile.....
