Cronox on Win 7/new computer

Hi - I got Cronox 3.08 bundled with Tracktion 3 & love it. It's not working on Win 7. I have to enter the serial # each time & can hear sounds from the keyboard but it won't play midi tracks. Any ideas? Thanks!

Just like I wrote in the support reply
- running Tracktion as admin (once to make the serial stick)
- making sure you run the CronoX that came with Tracktion (not the full product)
- making sure the serial is exactly right
