How can I do the uptates to cantabile? From where do I download them?

Most simple use the built in update check in Cantabile.
Go to Setup Options - Resources, then click on "check for updates". You can also choose automatic update check.
If you don't want to go online with your music pc you can also check out cantabile website:
http://www.cantabilesoftware.com/
If you are pointing to the fact that there were no (significant) updates for a long time - that's of course true...
