Liveslice is a VST plugin.
Reason does not support VST (or any other) plugins. You are stuck with what is built-in.
In order to use a VST plugin like liveslice (or any of the other billion-plus vst plugins) you would need a VST host, such as :
(Incomplete list - no flames pls!)
Cubase
EnergyXT
Reaper
Orion
FL Studio
Sonar
etc.

free simple VST host for exporting wav:
http://www.kvraudio.com/get/1015.html
and I do believe there's a possible solution for getting the output of any VST host routed to reason:
http://www.asio4all.com/
this asio driver has a component called the "ReWuschel".
quoting the website:
Basically, this is a ReWire input interface to the ASIO4ALL engine. The installation of ReWuschel is optional, as it replaces the functionality of the "ReBirth Input Machine" in Reason. This means that ASIO4ALL essentially will pretend to be ReBirth, so you cannot use ReBirth in Reason with the ReWuschel option enabled - keep that in mind! Note also that it only works if ASIO4ALL is selected as the current ASIO driver!
I'm not sure how it handles tempo sync, but it's usually part of the rewire protocol, and it's definitely worth a try if it will allow you to break down those Reason constraints.
