Game Mode in 2024?

Hi, I read that in 2017 'game mode' was tested and proved to be bad for music production (in DAW's). I've read some saying since then it's gotten better w/ whatever changes. I have the new updated Windows 11 Pro... Should I keep on 'Game Mode'? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Try turning it off and see if there is any noticeable change.

Thanks. I'll test both ways... Mine was already on by default, so I kept it on and will test that first. I'll probably only test the other way if I need to... I'm running an i7-10700 cpu
