Linnstrument buttons arent working.

I just got the linnstrument and was following the video by Roger linn on youtube. And the split button on the left got activated and since then, the interface seems to work but im unable to change from the current setup. The buttons on the left arent working, except for SWITCH 1 and 2 with which i dont know what to do at the moment. Please help asap. I just got the instrument and unable to find any solution to this !!

Try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable, then turn off the split by pressing the left button that is highlighted either a solid green or blue.

I’m sorry about the problem. I’ve just responded to your emails, suggesting that the solution is to loosen the screw nearest to the SPLIT button by 1/4 or 1/2 turn.
It’s likely that in the recent very cold weather and snow in Des Moines, LinnStrument has placed near a heater, which caused the silicone rubber playing surface to expand, effectively tightening the SPLIT button to the point that it stuck in the ON state.
