Hey all I am having writers block when it comes to creating this lead sound.

It starts around the 0:27 but you don't really hear it until the 0:51 mark. To me sounds like a sine wave with some horn sort of element. I know a filter is being automated throughout the whole lead in this song. I use Ableton and I personally think Analog is best suited for this sound design.
Any tips, tricks, files, and or videos would be most helpful!

It is a very typical VA synth with careful use of filter, saturation/drive, and echo.
To me the secret is in performance and mixing: Because it is buried, and possibly played "live" against the sequenced background, it feels lively.
