How to create a simple switch?

Hi,

New to Bitwig and my problem is most probably trivial, but I have a controller button that always acts in Press+Release mode. Hence, velocity 127 is directly followed by 0 for a given note. However, I want to use this button as a toggle switch, ie first time it is pushed the "output" should be eg 1, next time 0, then 1, and so on. How can this be achieved in a simple way?
