Core audio in, network slave out

I haven't been able to find anything on this topic. I am trying to route multiple audio inputs from my sound card using core audio but then want to send it out over the network to another computer using Blue Cat Connector and/or Patchwork. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Yes you can do that using PatchWork and the Core Audio driver with your soundcard. You can then insert one or several instances of Connector in PatchWork. If desired, each instance of Connector can process a different set of mono or stereo inputs using the "Audio I/O" option in the plug-in slot menu.
