I upgraded from 3045 to 3073, when I opened a file to edit this message appeared
Can someone help me?
I did not find support on the official website of digital lennar
I've tried manually uninstalling and reinstalling several times to no avail.
I downloaded the previous versions from the website and the error persisted.

Although you have installed v3.073, your DAW is still running an old version of Sylenth1 (older than v3.045), which cannot load the newer skin.
So you need to remove the old version. If you're on Mac, you can find it in your /Plug-Ins/Components or /VST folder. Probably you made a back up copy of an old version in any subfolder of these folders. Your DAW will scan all subfolders for plugins and will load the first one it encounters.
If you're on Windows, then it's in (a subfolder of) any of your VSTPlugins folders (either 32 and/or 64bit).
