I purchased Lancaster and was prompted to choose standalone with desktop shortcut which makes for quick use without DAW, the same with Cerberus. They are fine. Vermilion and Caliburn not so. They instantiate in Reaper no problems, I would like V and C as standalone with Desktop Shortcut as well. How is that done? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

In Windows, if there is an EXE file, (not just the vst version) find the EXE, right-click and choose "send to desktop." If there is no EXE, Savihost might be your friend.

Not exactly addressing your question, but another option is if you install the free A360 application (which also runs standalone) you can run all of your amps AND FX from inside of that...
