problems getting my downloads

I bought Loom and Structure last night, neither redemption code was recognized. I tried to find a place to submit my info to have an account there. I only found something which asked me for my email, which I gave. I haven't received an email back yet.

I emailed support, gave all information, and hope to hear back soon. I've heard good things about AIR, now I want to find out for myself.

I bought the AIEP 3 in 2016. Getting it registered with your website never worked. Thankfully, I bought via Plugin Boutique and was able to download from them and use it for a few weeks. I think it stopped working after an OS X update and I never had access to an update beyond version 3.0.

I just tried the links you provided. The Registration page lets me enter my data and after clicking Send, no further pages are loaded. It tries to load https://www.airmusictech.com/?ACT=22 but there doesn't seem to be anything there. Also, the form is slightly outdated, you can't pick OS X newer than 10.8.

The redeem link doesn't apply to me, since I have a serial number from Plugin Boutique, not a redemption code. And I don't want to buy again for 500+ €

So... what would I have to do in order to get going and maybe use the instruments, after all?
