Out Of Warranty Repair

Hi,
Does anyone know how to get a unit repaired just out of Warranty? We bought 4 new receptors last year. One of them will not power up. I put in a support ticket, with no response. Is there anyone at muse dealing with this, or are we simply out of luck?

Sorry. Muse Research is gone. Some of us are waiting for Receptors to pop up under another company's name. You will have to repair it yourself, however there are a few other strings on this site that address varying reasons why the device won't start. If you can't find something related to your particular problem then put some more info down here about what happens when you push the power button and maybe someone will have insights or solutions. I think check the past six months or so.

Went through everything. Have owned multiple units since day one pretty much. I am very familiar with them. Bummer everyone s left hanging.
