Cantabile in tiny print on new win8.1 notebook

Hello, I've just retired an old computer and am moving everything to a new Lenovo Yoga notebook.

Cantabile operates just fine, but the print is microscopically small. The visuals in both the main screen and the hosted vsts are so small they're about unreadable.

For example, when I run Reaktor in standalone mode it looks fine, but when run as a vst in Cantabile the print and controls are just teensy. I can make the window bigger, but the objects themselves don't increase in size.

Also, the vertical spacing of Cantabile's text is itself compressed in some places.

Any ideas? I'm puzzled.
