M-Audio Keystation Mini 32

Hi folks,

I just bought Bitwig this weekend (I'm coming from Reaper). Great stuff! I've got a Keystation Mini 32 from M-Audio, which wasn't supported yet, so I wrote a script for it. Since I just got started with controller scripting, this is mostly a clone of the "Generic Keyboard with 8 Knobs" script.

The Mini 32 has only one knob, which I mapped to the first device parameter.
