Windows 7 64bit plugin troubles

I'm having some issues. It seems I can bring up the plugins from my 32bit host (Ableton Live) however they are missing the options to select patches, as the menu-bar is missing.

When I bring up the plugins stand-alone, the menu bar is there and I can configure the input etc and sound, and select patches... but nothing works, they won't register any midi info

Also for some reason, ChineeGuZheng, won't work even in the host app... it simply doesn't register any MIDI key presses...

Follow up on the post: based on an email Vladimus (chlywly) sent me on the 16th later that day, it's obviously solved and our plugins are working fine on his machine smoothly now.
