Reedem Tracktion for Behringer products

I once got tracktion software with a reedem code when I first bought xenyx 302 usb and could code it in the body. but the software was deleted and I want to insert the reedem code again into the tracktion.com website the second time why I can't get it anymore or just one time inputting the remote code. please help me I want to get the full version tracktion software?

I believe the code can only be used once, but if you set up an account and got the software you should be able to log in and download it again.
