Up/Downloading patchbanks from Roland SH-201 on any windows/mac systems now solved with sysex dump
This is a tutorial to show how to dump/upload patches to Roland SH-201 VA synthesizer.
Roland has abandoned this product's support since more than a decade and patch managing became impossible on newer Windows an MacOS versions. But using the adequate Sysex commands with an universal sysex capable MIDI software, loading and saving banks are possible again for this forgotten piece of hardware via DIN MIDI connection.
