Fragment Synthesizer - 150 fps live additive synthesis patches
Fragment is an online collaborative additive / spectral and soon granular live-coding web. platform, the spectrum is created by a live GPU script, the generated visual is then converted to audio by an additive process (re-synthesis).
This is a video of a long live patches coding session which use many features of the synthesizer, 32-bits float pixels value, feedback, multi-channels, MIDI, pKey for glissando, audio import aka resynthesis, webgl 2 features.
The Chrome browser was launched with "--disable-gpu-vsync" the spectrum slices are read 150 times per seconds.

Reverb and a delay effect is sometime added inside Renoise (DAW), all other effects come from the synthesizer directly, MIDI sequences are sequenced within Renoise.
