Toontrack has updated Superior Drummer to v2.4.1. This update is recommended to all users and is necessary for compatibility with all SDX expansion packs released from this point forward.
New:
- Support for SDX expansion packs with included 'Stackpack' samples.
Improved:
- The Cocktail EZX now has Multiple Hits Emulation enabled.
Fixed:
- Extra percussion sub-presets added only to factory combined presets of EZXs if EZDrummer is installed and authorized.
- Extra percussion mics that are added for EZX combined presets are sent to outputs 11-14, when multichannel is selected.
- The loop position in the groove browser can be moved again.
- Fix for clashes when both MHE and a slow attack is in use.
Notes:
- Version 2.4.0 was the earliest version to provide compatibility with the EZdrummer 2 Core library and access to the EZdrummer 2 EZX presets.
- IMPORTANT: This release is tested on Windows 7 and newer only. It is NOT compatible with Mac OS 10.5 - customers with earlier systems, Windows XP most notably, are advised to remain at version 2.3.1, the last version of this product appropriately tested with their operating system.
