It contains multiple options for Live users by providing "modular" instruments, Live Clips, and amplifier models. Apple product users can also take advantage of the EXS instruments and Apple Loops available in the Guitar Rack library.

Guitar Rack's multi-sampled instrument library contains many popular chord articulations with mod-wheel assignments for easy playability. Puremagnetik has also included a library of guitar riff Apple Loops for Logic, GarageBand, Soundtrack and Final Cut users.
