Kong Audio Qin Engine Update v3.09

We're happy to announce that Qin Engine has been updated to version 3.09.

The major updated features are:
a) Optimized MIDI CC#11 expression algorithm;
b) Added MIDI program change for preset selection;
c) Added live news support;
d) Fixed legato bug.
