Hi,
i've used the studio manager just once, on September. Today, while looking at our Dev Admin board, I noticed a lot of our in-house projects and unreleased stuff listed. I don't remember that KVR Studio was running in background, scanning and communicating with KVR all the time. Please, have this very clear while installing the application and an option to disable this function. This could be a real hassle for us developers.

I don't think it does that. But beta testers and other developers might leak information by pressing the sync button before disabling the sync for your plugins. And if your clear the plugin list, the disabled syncs are enabled again! Clearing the plugin list was neccessary last week because of bugs in the KVR Studio Manager.
