Hi all,
When we got a peek behind hidden doors to see the new Native Instruments Kontrol S-Series MK3 earlier this year, we knew we wanted to have Diva ready for the launch of Next Generation NKS. So here we go!
For more info on NKS, check out this website:
https://www.native-instruments.com/en/s ... is-is-nks/
Diva has also been upgraded with CLAP compatibility, supporting Polyphonic Parameter Modulation, Note Expressions, Preset Discovery and CLAP's performance-optimizing Threadpool technology, which in many cases doubles the number of voices Diva can play on a CPU.
We're also bringing back AAX on Mac, and we updated AUv2 and VST3 to the latest SDK versions, and we tested her on macOS Sonoma without any issues.
While we have another whole set of improvements scheduled for later this year (HiRes skin, MPE support), we recommend this free update to all existing users (but do check system requirements if you have an old machine or OS...).
Download Diva 1.4.6 directly from here (demo = full version i.e. itโs the same installer):
https://u-he.com/products/diva/
For a complete list of changes, new features and bugfixes, check out the Release Notes:
https://u-he.com/products/diva/releasenotes.html
Enjoy,
- Urs & team

Linux Clap version works like a charm in Reaper, much less heavy on the CPU!

I guess next you just gotta get Native Instruments to support NKS CLAP in Komplete Kontrol eh?

Very nice!
By chance, is this offer related? Just found it by accident: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/s ... ffer-2023/

Hi, thanks for the update.
Just a minor thing : although I, when installing, unselected 32-bit and 64-bit VST2, it installed those two versions too. In the latest Filterscape installer, it works like it should.

Did you select to install the NKS content, too?Wanterkeelt wrote: โTue Sep 12, 2023 6:30 pm Just a minor thing : although I, when installing, unselected 32-bit and 64-bit VST2, it installed those two versions too. In the latest Filterscape installer, it works like it should.
The installer is set up to automatically install the VST2 version if NKS is selected, because NKS was originally developed using the VST2 format, and on Windows, our NKS versions still rely on it, at least with the current Komplete Kontrol version.
