Hi all, I run several older VST3/AU plugins which I hope you all can contribute to working out if I can upgrade my Mac OS to either Big Sur or Monterey and not lose functionality in projects. I use a Mac mini i7 variant with 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD. Not sure if all the issues I saw related specifically to the M1 variant chipsets, but certainly many did.

The Ones I don't know about for compatibility are as follows:
Serum
Sylenth 1
Rob Papen Predator and Predator FX (this is v1 on both counts)
Dada Life - Sausage and Endless Smile
Vital Synth

Also I'm running an older Complete Audio 6 mk1 unit, if anyone else knows if this will be OK let me know :-) Its not on the list from Native Instruments....

i run Vital and Sylenth1 on Monterey.
Monterey is the new Mojave, i think i'll be staying here for a while.
i run an 2021 MBP

I can't use my old Traktor S2 anymore, not sure if it's a Monterey thing or an M1 thing.
I'd say the latter

Some plugins broke on Big Sur, such as Exponential Audio reverbs, that now work fine on Monterey (Rosetta mode)

Sylenth1 works on all versions of macOS (10.9 and higher), including Big Sur, Monterey and Ventura.
It'll also run natively on both M1/M2 and Intel Macs.
