I wonder what is going on?

I paid with Paypal, is that the issue? I read in another post that someone initially paid via Paypal, and then tried again with the card, and it worked.

I already have, they closed it, I re-opened it(!) and not hearing anything still, so I though I'd post something here - I was guessing that their support might get notifications. Not filling me with confidence I must say.
