Hello all, I have a Boss RC-5 Loop Pedal. I need to perform in many different venues using this, so I want to make a simple setup which I can easily transport.
Currently I need to have the microphone plugged into a mixer for amplification before being plugged into the loop pedal. Is there a small device which doesn't require power that ideally is attached to the microphone? Having to power the small mixer and carry it all around is messy and not ideal. If there was a microphone for example which I could plug in directly to the RC-5, that would be great!
Thanks

I found this battery-powered inline mic preamp that might do the job. ~$58 on the wally world web site. Search for "Microphone Preamplifier Audio Inline Microphone Preamp 12dB-39dB Long Battery Life Podcast Amplifier for Dynamic Microphone"
I don't own it, but am considering buying an RC-5 and it would be nice to be able to sing through it.
