note sounds strange while holding down another note

Hi i am using Orange tree steel guitar. I notice that while playing my midi keyboard every now and then a note will sound strange. But i'm wondering if it is becuase i havn't fully released the note before it. or is it some setting i need to change.

Hi. I can hear the note getting cut short.
Have you looked at the midi pattern on this, it might shed some light on those duff notes like where they are in relation to the next event etc. Also have a look at the midi events themselves if that's possible as there may be a "all notes off" in there or something. Hope you can get it sorted.

I changed the fret position from 4 to 5. that seems to have resolved it. Not sure i'll have to listen to it again in the morning.
