Thanks to sonicpowa for letting me know about this, and thanks to stardustmedia for getting in the article comments and calling it out! It looks like the links have been removed. Which is a good thing. Having cracked plugin versions in a tutorial article, or tutorial video, gives tacit approval to the use of cracked plugin versions.
