Thanks. But that's still a lot of work, so in the end i just changed a panel a little bit, saved it and look at the modification time.

That's always what I've done - make or change one and sort by modification time

The good news is CLAP plugins come with sensible plugin IDs including the plugin name and type - no more obscure numbers and letters

What does a device map exactly do, does it change the interface of the plugin inside Bitwig? Sorry for my dumb question but I couldn´t find any screenshots here to see what this is.

It's what enables a plugin to have Remote Controls for use with whatever hardware controller you have setup eg
