@ Muziksculp: I'm with you on working on the midi side of things. Studio one compared to Cubase is nimble and light and is a refreshing change from bloated Cubase. And the windowing system in Cubase is beyond annoying though 9 was an improvement though I much prefer S1.

+1 on Studio One X, it does add a lot of what is lacking for now, till Presonus adds more native midi functionality hopefully in version 4. I really only miss a few things like visibility agents, show tracks with data, expression maps etc., for working with large templates.

(I have since sold Cubase).
