Yes I'm right there with you. This is really annoying and frustrating, something so basic and the READ ME only tells you what to do in trial mode. I purchased for half price but free would have been overpaid. It doesn't make any difference how good the sound quality of the product is if it's impossible to use it. What's more: this support forum seems mostly abandoned. No one home, no one answering basic questions like this.
