Deserted Island III - Crash Landing

Some amateur experimental track of mine for a small laid back contest on another website.
Similar to One synth challenges, the goal was to create a themed song using only vst/vstis from Bedroom Producer Blog's top 50 freeware 2015 list. Daw built in effects or racks were not allowed. Quite fun synthesizing everything from scratch.

Nice track.

I didn't like the snare sound. It is very prominent and is consuming a lot of low frequencies. I would replace it with something closer to a 909 snare.

It is the first time that i synthesize this kind of dubstepish snare, i was pretty happy with it, so i used it^^
I did a lighter version but it didnt fit the track so well either. 909 snare might be a good middleground.
