Well deserved :)

Tone2 just released another official Icarus soundset called "Detonator" which seems to be focused mostly on Bass sounds:
https://tone2.com/html/detonator.html

It includes 206 presets produced by Troels Nygaard, Nathan Fox and Markus Krause.

Another soundset called "SpcaeTrip" is planned to be released in December. It is mentioned in the overview page for the Icarus soundsets:
https://tone2.com/html/overview%20ic.html
This should ehen also include a few of my own patches (besides those alraedy included in the factory content).

I am also still working on my own soundset for Icarus (that is planned to be sold at the Tone2 website) but currently it is more likely that this will be released beginning next year and no longer this year. Like other soundsets available at Tone2 It then should include 200+ presets.

Wagtunes just seemed to have released his Icarus soundset too but on his own website.

I am quite sure that based on how powerful and/or versatile Icarus is there will be a bunch of additional soundsets in the future.

Hello Ingo

When will your set be available?
What kind of sounds will it contain?

Thanks in advance

No time yet and i will also not give a guess on this yet. Anyway i am quite sure it will not be this year.

The patches will be a mix so not fixed on a specific genre. Besides others there should be a lot of pads and also some "bread & butter" sounds.
Like with most of my patches the focus is more on "usable" sounds than FX or "showcase" sounds.

Tone2 Audio just released the new "Space Trip" soundset for Icarus which includes more than 200 presets:
https://tone2.com/html/spacetrip.html

This one also includes some of my own presets, those with "IW" at the end of the name (FWIW like usual a list of the presets is found at the website for the soundset).

A list of sound designers involved with the "Space Trip" soundset (the list is found at the website):
Bigtone (BT), John Lehmkuhl / PlugInGURU (GURU), Mac of BIOnighT (Mac), Xenos (XS), Ed Ten Eyck (EDT), Massimo Bosco (MxS), Brandon Clark (BC), Satya Choudbury (sT), Markus Krause from Tone2 (MF), Troels Nygaard (STS), Ingo Weidner (IW), Reinhard Reschner (RR), Patrick Gambart (PGT), SupremeJA (SJA), Torben Hansen (TH), Lukas Jankowski (TTS), Carl Schmeller Noizefield (CPS), Felingen (FLN), Maliki (MR), Nathan Fox (FOX), Ranzor Emmanuel (RZ), Solidtracks (ST), Carl Lofgren (PH),
The overview page with all official Icarus soundsets (currently 4) is found here:
https://tone2.com/html/overview%20ic.html
More should follow in the future.

I tried Icarus, it is nice synth, but I am not comfortable with creating own wave. Is there option to not change spectrum and phase when I raise another partial (or bar, I don't know how to call it)? For example I raise first partial and then raise 7th partial and first partial height is reduced. And how to turn off automatic phase?

Well, 1.1 deserves a 9. version 1 deserved an 8 (imho) :D

Excellent Synth for sure.

I wish it had more than 3 Fx slots though especially given the really cool list of available effects.
The Arp is a bit cramped for my liking, would have been nice to have a full page editor for that.

I try ask again my question:

1. How can I draw harmonics in spectrum editor, without changeing other harmonics? Now, when I raise some harmonic, all other are fall down, sometimes much sometimes little bit. When I raise another harmonics and so on, some harmonics goes to zero. Creation wave in Icarus with harmonics is annoying. Serum have it better.

2. How to turn off phase? Phase is automatic created when I edit wave by harmonic.

I have no clue what you're doing. If you want to edit a single harmonic, simply take your pencil tool (the first one) and edit the harmonic you want to edit. First make sure you pick a single wav point. Each one is numbered at the top. If you pick them all, then yes, they will all be edited.

As to your 2nd question, I have no idea what you're talking about. You can't turn off phase. Phase will either be created or not created depending on what you do to your waveform. Edit the waveform properly and you shouldn't have any problems.

Thanks to try help, but I want say this:
1. If I edit single waveform - I set it to zero -> Init > Init Selection: Silence. Then go to Spectrum and draw with harmonics saw (no pencil tools under waveform) from Leftcorner - high to low - right corner. I get some wave and harmonisc (what I draw) fall down - I have no clue why. Then go to Phase and you will see, there is phase added (automaticly).

2. Try this with Serum synth, you get very different wave. Then in Icarus set phase to zero, and you get same wave as in Serum.

3. Many synths (I tried - Spectral, Sytrus, Serum, Oatmeal, ... ) those create waveform via harmonics have same behavior as Serum. Icarus is diferent.
