I find NI's The Grandeur quite awesome. Can be had for 50 € sometimes.

I got some more choices (both modeled and sample based) but my favorite and most used pianos since a while are the "Ant Petrof" model for Pianoteq 6 Stage and the VILabs Ravenscroft 275 (that one works in UVI Workstation and UVI Falcon 2).
