Hehe! Now then, do I remember Or was it a dream Better ask the synth player why he detuned his synth - was it something in the "magic" cookies Better lock him up in his cage now - he might get carried away again, and not by men in white coatsz.prime wrote:Those darn mushrooms...doctorbob wrote:Hey all, forgot to mention that the synth player in my OSC 73 track escaped and re-appeared in my OSC 74 track, all funked out

Just the one that came with my Subaru, nothing special. But for the moment it's the only thing with any sub-bass I have to monitor with...H-man wrote:Interesting, I was just thinking about car stereos/car studios earlier today What type of system do you have?mmoncur wrote:Hopefully it will sound a bit better on my car stereo now...
Actually the car is always the first thing I try after I finish a mix -- it's where I do 90% of my listening to other music so I guess that makes it the best way to compare.
I've been meaning to try that, didn't know it was free! Thanks. Also, I found that you can test the sound of your track without having to go for a drive ...saves on petrol
See here. Pretty sure it's free:

Isone Pro by Jeroen Breebaart is pretty much the same as Isone by Toneboosters. It's free, as are all the JB plugins.

Not sure if he sold his plugin designs to Toneboosters or what but a few of the Toneboosters ones look almost the same as the JB ones.

I find it useful ....picked up on it when Richard Clermont listed it in some previous track details. See how you go but do remember to mute the plugin before rendering mixdownsmmoncur wrote:I've been meaning to try that, didn't know it was free! Thanks.
KK Tah for that.lhaastdaiz wrote:Isone Pro by Jeroen Breebaart is pretty much the same as Isone by Toneboosters. It's free, as are all the JB plugins.
Edit: Actually I got lost cause I was off searching for Jerome Breenhart

Scroll down a little (on the download page) and there are some pre-packaged installers. What system are you running?deft_bonz wrote:Dexed, the one for the OSCH-man wrote:Wait ...which one exactly?deft_bonz wrote:How do I install this plugin? Ashamed that I don't get it

Actually scratch that. The installer was updated by the dev and can be found here in this thread:

EDIT: although they are only 32 bit as far as I can tell, I'm sure the Toneboosters one is 64 bit but you have to download the plugin bundle to get it and as it is restricted you cant save any settings, but thats not too difficult to get around, theres not that many controls that you cant make a note of them.

Installed and played around for 1.5 hours, saving about 30 drum sounds presets, just to find out that the presets are not saved properly
I saved the presets as Logic presets (Logic 10.1.0, Mavericks 10.9.5). Dexed v0.8.1
Everytime I load such a Logic preset for Dexed the sound is different, as if I would trigger a random-parameter-value-function
Hope you guys fix that soon. I'm out for today. My mood just got killed, although the synth is quite fun and has a nice sound.
Please resolve that bug. If you need any further information I'm glad to help you out. Just PM me.
