I wonder what genre I'm supposed to be. It probably depends on how pointy my Ibanez guitar will be.
I'd love a mellow crowd-how do I make this happen?

A crowd on weed would be tolerable, but it won't be that way. What am I supposed to with all this high energy masculinity around? I should go acoustic....

Sorry, you're better off in the hands of random volunteers that do peer reviews in our Music Cafe.bbnation wrote:Please PM me.
My conclusion after read his first post is those "releases" were on SoundCloud only. It's like my facebook posts: no matter how funny they are, they have no chance of going viral, since I have hardly any network to make that happen.2ZrgE wrote:I guess he meant tracks which were officially accepted by a label.
Kygo is working on his skills much much longer than just one year:bbnation wrote:I remember how Kygo started at the beginning of 2013 and he start with remixing hits to an tropical house and now after 1 year he played at tomorrowland and ultra festival.
And he had big help with his breakthroughWikiPedia wrote:Kygo started to learn to play the piano at age six through lessons
billboard.com wrote:Ultra Records founder Patrick Moxey credits many of Kygo’s successes thus far to his manager -- a 21-year-old former blogger from Miami named Myles Shear -- who has steered his client into benchmark syncs and dynamite festival bookings.
So my advice:
1. get really good at what you do
2. build up a network to get promotion
We are the KVR collective. Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.
