Thought the desktop module does V/Oct as well?

Post

Ah, yes it does, great. I thought it's only Hz/V like MS-20 and MS-20 mini.

well, I haven't used one.

but lets look at the features listed on the page you linked:
MIDI control of CV1..4:

CV1: note on/off with pitch-bend, 1V/octave characteristic
CV2 monophic after-touch
CV3 velocity and/or volumen (controller #7)
CV4 velocity and/or any controller (setting of the controller number via learn button)

ok, so you've got the Gate output...and four CV outputs. As you can see, CV1 sends the pitch of the note (you'll use the Gate output to trigger the relevant envelope generators) and Pitch Bend will effect the output of value of CV1 (according to the website). So far so good, that just leaves your modwheel .... well, it appears only CV4's midi value can be adjusted, so you could use the 'learn button' to set it to respond to your Mod Wheel .... CV2 & CV3 appear to be hardwired.

So, going by the spec sheet, it appears like it should work out fine for you (using the gate output, cv1 and cv4)
