Yes, in my experience FabFilter guys are quite fast at handling support requests.
By the way, I have good news for those who haven't got Pro Q-2 yet. Here's your chance to get it for free!

I just contacted support concerning the broken PDC issue in Logic when using Linear Phase Max Latency which I always use on my L-C-R samples, after about one minute I got this reply - thumbs up for super-fast support:
Thanks for reporting this issue. This is actually a problem in Logic Pro. It has a maximum latency for which it can compensate, and the Maximum resolution of Pro-Q 2 introduces more latency than that. Other hosts (like Cubase) don't have this problem and compensate for it without any issues! I've already reported this to the Logic Devs but haven't heard anything about this yet....

So when changing the Latency to "Very High", PDC works fine, so it's only the Max-mode which is affected by this.Sampleconstruct wrote:I just contacted support concerning the broken PDC issue in Logic when using Linear Phase Max Latency which I always use on my L-C-R samples, after about one minute I got this reply - thumbs up for super-fast support:

Having seem the Pro Q plugin all over the place for years, finally got round to demo-ing it today and was most impressed. The visualizations are great, for the first time I don't feel like I'm groping around in the dark while adjusting EQ - just seems to make the whole EQ process much easier, much more accurate (hence better sounding!), and it's great to be able to have such control over the type of curves/how many poles etc.
And it can go fullscreen - first time I've seen that option in a plugin! Nice.

Suppose I'm not on Facebook and don't want to be, and have Twitter account that I don't use? No joy? I thought Facebook didn't want people giving stuff away for Likes any more.audionewsroom wrote:Yes, in my experience FabFilter guys are quite fast at handling support requests.
