The problem I have had with every free theme so far, is that some of them look *perfect* in screenshots, and then i find them unusable when i actually install them.. The only way to know is to install it and check all edit windows and browsers of everything. For example i liked one but i couldn't see which tracks were selected in the mixer properly, or the audio file bin had a very strong zebra effect, etc etc.

I like what I am seeing with your pro tools theme but do you have some kind of refund policy?

I don;t want to go throwing cash around at themes if i install them and don't end up using them. Edit: it's ok, i can already see, the selected track contrast is no where near strong enough.. i don't want to be squinting to try and work out which mixer or arrange tracks are selected. I think if you can make me one minor adjustment to just make that more pronounced, it would be worth taking the risk one time. Cheers

Many people use my themes in many studios and if they have any notices and the problem is solvable, I gladly help them. About the free themes which are a lot, I share your opinion, because refining every detail need hours of work and not everyone feels like doing that. There's always a compromise, but I can calm you down - I use these themes and I see most of the mistakes.

:)

I think my problem is solvable, last time i had a problem with a free theme, the guy posted a "fix" in about 5 minutes.. I am almost certain that just making the selection colour of the mixer and arrange tracks stronger, is quite arbitrary. If you are willing to help me there, i am more than happy to be a customer. Cheers. This makes sense for me as i am also using PT now, and it's got my favourite gui of all of the DAW's, not too bright not too dark, and LPX is so dark, so it could really be useful for me just if that selection is made a bit stronger.

I tried to explain how it is with these colours at the other forum, you've got a link here:

If I can help you, write to me ;)

I read this but i don't understand colours at all or any sort of visual art. If you can make it when the mixer channels are selected, or the arrange track is selected, to be simply a stronger contrast, i.e more visible, i would very much like the pro tools and harrison themes. The bitwig free one got very close to me but had some terrible oversights in it, that's why i am looking to yours now.

I will email you and request the changes after payment, is this what you mean? do you have a bundle price?
