What host are you using? And... did previous versions work for you?

I placed the new registration txt file in the folder with the dll but the plugin is showing as unregistered. windows 32bit version.

You can click the logo (right bottom) for the exact location of the .txt file. Otherwise, please send me your registration email (PM) and I'll fix it for you!

Previous version works fine. I tried different hosts: EnergyXT, Ableton 9 Lite
Seems to be an Windows XP issue. From another thread:

Dependency Walker reports quite a lot of kernel32 entry points that are used, but not available in Windows XP:

CompareStringEx
EnumSystemLocalesEx, GetLocaleInfoEx, GetUserDefaultLocaleName, IsValidLocaleName, LCMapStringEx
FlsAlloc, FlsFree, FlsGetValue, FlsSetValue
GetTickCount64
InitOnceExecuteOnce

Yes, XP here also...

Version 1.01 worked fine. Both of today's updates not.

Thank you for the update.
Is the new pop up window a "finished" feature, or is it a first step towards an integrated browser (It looks good, but is there anything new) ?
Could we set up a default folder so the modules presets would show up directly and we wouldn't have to browse our whole hard drive each time ?

Thanks again for the Mac version.
No problems as of yet for me (x64 in Cubase 6.5.5 and Live 9.0.5).
It's a smashing bit of kit and I'm really getting into it.
