Dude, passion is always entertaining :) Would you rather read a grumpy old fart's review trying to find bad things about everything or someone's who's really enjoying something and wanting to tell you why?

It's often hard to find really bad stuff when it's a creative tool.. If you're creative you can often make the bad into a good. Of course, sometimes there's a good plugin with annoying and possibly dangerous demo limitation in the form of beeps and noises. Sometimes a feature is lacking that you really expected to be there .. or there's too many clicks for something that wouldn't need to be. Maybe it's crash prone or using too much cpu for the quality of sound.

When you buy a pack of so many plugins you can't expect to like them ALL. If you're lacking in some plugin area, maybe you don't have a chorus or enough compressors (joke), then it fills that void. Some are better than what you got and will replace what you have. Focusing a review on the ones that are bad for you makes little sense in that case!

Stay positive!

The California Tone distortion pedal has a really nice sound which is hard for me to replicate exactly in anything else.

i have buy it during the big sale (for 49$) I recently have the time to play with it and i must say that it do the jobs correctly.

I spend a couple days with the VIP Bundle and created a user review.

Note: I have been criticized for only posting positive, high-rated reviews and never posting the negative ones. Well, it probably would help my credibility to post about a few duds I've come across, but this is certainly NOT the time! The VIP Bundle is fantastic!

I fully agree with that review.. :)
The sentence after the mention of Clarisonix makes little sense though! It seems like it was left after some editing or so.
Well written and good language!

Did you try the chainer? I could never figure out if i was entitled the full version of it or not (ie loading vst/vsti's).

Clarisonix is a plugin that I plan to spend more time with . . . not enough experience or time to write about it specifically, but it seems pretty cool. I'm not sure I would use Chainer, but it's worth investigating. I have Metaplugin by DDMF. Still, if Chainer works well it could simplify things for those who don't already have a Chainer they're happy with.

I think the deal is, that if you own the bundle the chainer is free to use with those
plugins (in the bundle).

If you wanna use third party plugins you have to buy it.

If you buy the Pro Series Bundle is there a version of Chainer that will work with 3rd party plugins?

They had a promo that let you pick any one plugin for free....I got "Talking Tone". It works as advertised with good results. I would like to try more of their products, but no funds nips that in the bud.

Hello everyone,

There is a nice free video by Ben Lindell at PureMix that has just been posted on their site showing what you can do with some of the Plug and Mix plug-ins.

http://www.puremix.net/video/spicing-up ... ounds.html

Worth a look.

Best Regards,

Nick
