Yeah this looks pretty fresh. I doubt I need it though. Already got enough samplebased gears in my studio.

Well, check my old post with Toontrack's registered trademarks and you'll see there might be an EZGUITAR and EZBASS too in the future.

This sounds pretty good. I might get this for it's way to handle MIDI files, but I'll wait until it's out on 4Sound here in Sweden.

I'm waiting for them to come out with EZGroupie.

Wait for EZMaster...
Nah, I actually find the idea quite good. Not everyone can play the piano, and if you're not a social person with a lot of piano-playing friends, but need the odd piano backing track or melody every now and then ... why not.
Only thing putting me off is $149 "sale price". So I'm guessing $199 regular?
Why not bring out EZKeys for $99/$129 or so, and then the Superior Pianist for $199/$249...? Works for the drums one.

I don't work here, I just feed the trolls.

Hmm looks ok. I already have the Garritan Steinway Pro, Alicia Keys Piano and True Pianos 1.9 so not sure if this will have a place here!
I'm liking the sound of the Imperfect Samples pianos though!

Hey, just like Band In A Box but with only one instrument as opposed to hundreds.
Sorry, but -- especially since BIAB got RealDrums and RealTracks, recordings of actual instruments to go along with the thousands of MIDI styles -- this seems pretty primitive to me.

+1 Capn my friend, Something with the JP Gaster providing the groves called 'The Maryland, DC Dope Groove EZX' would keep me very happy as you knowCapnLockheed wrote:Love EZ Drummer but this is serious yawn materiel IMHO.
Must say EZmix 2 looks/sounds like a huge improvement on its predocessor, Might have to try it out.Chokehold wrote:Wait for EZMaster...
On wish i have would be to ditch the built-in Superior Drummer 2 processors and incorperate some of the EZmix2 processors instead...For version 2.5 (maybe)
In My Very Humble Honest Opinion it would make it alot more useful as i am not a fan of the Sonalksis processors it comes with despite really liking/using the full-on Sonalksis plug-ins Not that its a deal breaker or major issue as I can and do quite happily use my processors and effects of choice on the multi-out version (same as i do with EZdrummer), Still as said it would be a good addition...We'll see
If EZKeys is useful for non-keyboard (that would include me in that particular boat big time!!!)/non-guitar players/non-bass guitar players then its all good in my book
BUT Come on Toontrack Music keep the Drums and Percussion rolling, It is what you do best and why I love you so much
Best to all as always and thanks for the heads up on this one, Did not have a clue about it
