Hey Tale LOVE Combo V & F!:) Were you ever thinking about doing
a Hammond Tonewheel organ somewhere down the line??

I know that's a lot to tackle with the C/V, percussion ect.... But you are
certainly way in the right direction with the basic organ tone.I ran Combo F thru
VB3 fx, just for kicks, and it sounded almost hammond-like!!

If you have ever heard just the raw hammond tone right out of the organ,
it fairly tinny and static, but maybe a bit more complex (than combo organs)
because of percussion and C/V, key click. example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t6hEZf3LMVU
(at 3:00 mark)

You wouldn't necessarily really need to do a rotating speaker effect because
a lot of us already have VB3 fx, or a another simulator (Neo Ventilator ect..).

let us know what you think Tale!

thanks! :)

Well, I have looked into it, but I have no plans for a tonewheel organ ATM. And there are serveral (pretty good) tonewheel simulations out there already. Then again, modelling one of the lesser known models might be fun, so someday maybe, who knows.

Maybe a Clavioline? It's technically quite similar to a combo organ (like a monophonic Farfisa) but I don't know of any non-sample based imitations of it.

The knee lever/trigger bar might be implemented with a/some low keys like the bass keys on ComboF.

Just some suggestions.

Thanks

Thanks Tale.I just wanted to mention that the Combo's V&F are the best instruments
that I've heard in the Combo Organ VST category, and I love them for what they are, perod!!
please keep the new (and improved) instruments coming!
regards!
