or you could spend only a hand full dollars on the latest cm magazine, which comes with the (imho absolutely amazing) zplane vielklang cm from what i've heard and seen it offers more possibilities than tune lite, sounds stunning, plus harmony generation, plus no need to fiddle around with re-wire stuff etc...Hans25 wrote:Waves Tune LT 80% off at pluginboutique - http://www.pluginboutique.com/product/5 ... es-Tune-LT
Normally this plugin can only be purchased as a part of the bigger bundles.

Just thought I'd pitch my 2 cents about this:
"Nomad Factory Blue Tubes plugins back on sale for 1 week only! Added to the sale are Blue Tubes Analog Trackbox and BlueVerb for $9.99 each:
jrrshop.com/nomad-factory
Nomad Factory individual Blue Tubes plugins $9.99 each
Nomad Factory Blue Tubes Dynamics, Effects, and Equalizers Packs $49 each
Nomad Factory Blue Tubes Bundle $89"
This collection is somewhat dated, and goes on sale often. However, I just thought that I'd pass along that the Blue Tubes Analog Trackbox is still one of my most used plugs after all these years. I own almost the entire Nomad catalog and don't really use much of it anymore. But the BT Analog Trackbox does get a regular workout. If you're looking for something to really add a nice vintage compression with color to your tracks, this is a real no-brainer at under $10. I rarely go beyond the included presets, which I tweak to taste. But there are presets for male/female vocals, accoustic/electric guitars and basses. Very versatile and a very distinct and 'colorful' compression.
Cheers

Yes. The sound effects were crap. Low rez copies of licensed material. Not worth signing up for, imho.Numanoid wrote:7 days of downloads, samples, tracks etc, is this of any use, anybody tried it?:

Check the re-sellers, don't check the re-sellers. I don't care.

And IF you DO sign up, and decide NOT to continue, somehow your e-mail address (okay, MY e-mail address) ends up on virtually every single "audioblocks associates" address book, so trying to get off their mailing list is nearly impossible (okay, after 14 months or something, I'm only getting one or two a month, so it DOES dwindle) I downloaded as much as I could during my "trial" and have never been able to use any of it for any purpose. As an added bonus, you also get "occasional" e-mails from their partner site, videoblocks.Numanoid wrote:7 days of downloads, samples, tracks etc, is this of any use, anybody tried it?:

I keep hoping I've learned something from this, but I still get tempted sometimes to try similar "services."

Yet again I demo this only to decide again that it is not only weird but very thin sounding.Numanoid wrote:Summer time SALE at http://www.humanoidsoundsystems.com
Half price on Enzyme, costing just $39.99 until 12 midnight (GMT/UTC) on Sunday 9 August (Enzyme cost regularly $79.99)
However, this time I note that that it has suffered a mysterious price increase. Even the demo still says on it "Buy Enzyme for only $49.99".
We are told that it is HALF price though at $39.99. There are laws against this type of pricing practice in many jurisdictions.

Well you peaked my interest, mainly as a way of getting nice compression on my non-UAD laptop. What is the copy protection for this? Hopefully is SN or Challenge response?BERFAB wrote:Just thought I'd pitch my 2 cents about this:

And they just fixed the EQ bug - I discovered that the EQ's would scale up the frequency parameters as a multiple of 44.1k relative to your project sample rate. so if you work at 44.1 and you are say adjusting the 1k band, it will adjust the 1k band as usual. but if you, say, are working in 88.2k, the 1k band will actually be 2k! this seems to affect all the Nomad Factory EQs.BERFAB wrote:Just thought I'd pitch my 2 cents about this:

Uncle E, will you be offering this special as well?Gribs wrote:iZotope is offering Iris 2 upgrade for $79 right now. I suppose it is possible that anyone who would receive this offer knows about it because it came in an email. However, if you have an iZotope account, Iris 1, and no email, I think you can find the upgrade under your account under the "upgrade coupons" link.
