Just got the dreaded "serial already registered" too. F**k. Not Happy.

I think i will be in the same boat as you!
I should have Fanfare tomorrow (Tuesday) and i fully expect to be disappointed but i trust MF to refund monies!

Trouble is, you try it in demo mode and it sounds great. I emailed MF about the situation and asked if it was possible for another copy. As I live in the UK, I doubt thats going to happen.

p.s Do you think MF will refund my VAT costs and postage too?

edit: tried directly in NI service center app and yup "SN already registered" error. Guess I'll contact MF in the morning. GRRRRR.
