I have seen nothing relating to this problem (corrupt files), I would think that keeping customers informed would be a priority.
Where there so many problems that the file cannot be emailed ?
I don't know but total silence reads like "Oh well tough sh*t" to me.

Hi Dave

yes..we are very concerned about the download issue, and seems to happen speradically , as some people have no problems, while others do. You must have missed our thread which discusses this issue

EDIT: Opps..looks like you knew about this thread.

The file can't be emailed becuase its hard to email a 25MB file

we have written many emails and letters to the admins of our site as well, with no response, so we are considering other methods.

If you are still having issues, please mail us at our support, and we can arrange something for you.
