One of my faves, very easy on the cpu, great sound and free because it never reached version 1.0 . Only 32 bit but this is a gem.

AAS Multiphonics CV-1 is one of the most lightweight ones I've ever used. It has its limitations, but you can stack modules pretty much until you're out of virtual space without any CPU drain.
Voltage Modular is also pretty good unless you go voice-stacking / polyphony-crazy. Cardinal (the VCV fork) also runs pretty well depending on which modules you're using.
