WOW, really like this!
Thanks allot! :)

* + the sliders are just right! ... Sorry about being picky with the other DIVA skin :D , but I simply can't stand thin looking sliders.. the slider cap VS range line ratio is in play for that I guess. (and how they look next to the knobs)

Gonna go and try it on now, have a nice day! :)
Cheers,
3ee

I was only half joking! ;)

(I'm pretty sure there's a link - some degree of soft-synaesthesia - between a plugin's UI and how the sound of that plugin is perceived.)

nBeat, I was just playing around with Daedalus the other day for the first time after 3 or so years, and I remembered what a thing of beauty it is!

Don't worry, I can be picky too sometimes. A nice day to you too.

Thanks!
I'm going to take her for a overhaul once SE1.2 is stable enough to work with,
and add oversampling to critical areas. Might take a little while...
Same goes for that ProOne thingy, but Monolisa2 will be released soon, finally.

Oh, I forgot.
I've made some small changes to the 80s skin:
* Added the "Amazona.de" reference
* Made the knob/slider shadows more accentuated
* The knob/slider labels are less white (and so less in-your-face/floating).

Any idea why the 'DELAY' text for LFO1 is getting rendered with a line through the 'L'?!

In the script look for this line

Code: Select all

PROPERTY control='Label 1154' name='labeltext' id='0' value='' /* Delay */
change it to

Code: Select all

PROPERTY control='Label 1154' name='labeltext' id='0' value=' ' /* Delay */
Without the space between the single quotes the label displays the opening comment delimiter /* for whatever reason.

I loved the look of the old LCD display colours for the display box and was disappointed the preset browser window didn't match. So, I made a mod to the script that changes the browser colours. I also fixed the above delay label problem in the script as well.

Script is on pastebin.

Thanks to nBeat for this awesome skin!

Thanks!
You're absolutely right about the browser colours. Good suggestion!
I'll update my script too.
